Spetchells Centre

The Spetchells Centre is a “one stop shop” civic building containing a variety of well-equipped offices and adaptable spaces for functions and meetings in a prime location.

The building is a three storey contemporary design built with high quality materials on a flexible plan around a stunning atrium giving a light and welcoming feel with significant renewable energy provisions and a low carbon design ethos.

Serviced Offices to let

Serviced offices are now available, from 15 to 24sqm., inc. utilities, cleaning services and maintenance.  The building has a communal staff room, kitchen and cloakrooms/WCs, CCTV security, personal safety alarms, an internal phone network, broadband access and an intruder alarm system. Additional administration services can also be provided.

Current tenants include

Active Northumberland, Prudhoe Town Council, Karbon Homes, Citizens Advice, Employability, Red Hot Property, Northumberland County Council Revenues and Benefits office Mortal Fools and Talking Matters Northumberland.

Room hire
There are a variety of meeting rooms and interview rooms available for hire by the hour or by the day. Refreshments, projectors and flip charts can all be provided.

Prudhoe Community Partnership

The Spetchells is owned and managed by the Prudhoe Community Partnership, a long-established regeneration charity in Prudhoe, Northumberland.
