Prudhoe Community Partnership is always willing to help and assist in the formation of social groups within the town. Groups which have been helped over the years include Friends of Prudhoe Woods, Prudhoe Over 50’s forum and Prudhoe U3A. These and other groups have gone on to thrive and run themselves.

Prudhoe Community Partnership also undertakes projects for the benefit of the town which have included building new shops at 68 – 69 Front St  and the  development of activities in the Tyne Riverside Country Park.

We are currently developing plans to bring the historic walled garden on the former Prudhoe hospital site back into community use and  conducting a feasibility study into the future of the East Centre site. Other current interests include community led housing and community transport.
